This is a plain website. Here's exactly what it does and doesn't do with your information.

What this site collects

Only what you type into a form or the chat box on this site. The inquiry form and the chat box are provided by HighLevel (LeadConnector) and send what you enter, like your name, phone number, email, what you need, your project details, and whether you agreed to receive texts, to my customer management system. I use it to answer your inquiry, send you a proposal and set up your shoot or call. I don't sell it or share it with anyone else.

HighLevel may use cookies or similar technology the form and chat box need to work. Apart from those, this site runs no analytics and sets no cookies of its own.

Text messages

I text you only if you agree to it. On the inquiry form and the realtor shoot request form there are two separate boxes, and both are optional and never checked for you. One is for texts about your inquiry, like replies and scheduling. The other is for marketing texts, like news, studio availability and offers. You can check one, both or neither and still send the form. The chat box on this site has one optional box for promotional texts.

If you call my business number and I miss the call, I may send you one text back about your call. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of booking or buying anything.

Inquiry texts are replies, setting up or confirming a call or shoot, and details about your project. Marketing texts go only to people who checked a marketing box, and some may be sent automatically. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them. You'll get one message confirming you're unsubscribed and then no more. Reply HELP for help, or emailtthompson@thompsoncrtv.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

I don't sell, rent or share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes. Your number is shared only with the service providers that deliver the messages, such as HighLevel (LeadConnector) and the phone carriers, and only so the messages can be sent.

Hosting

Like any website, the hosting provider that serves these pages receives standard connection details such as your IP address and browser type in order to deliver the page. That's how the web works, not something this site adds.

If you call or email me

I keep that correspondence so I can reply and follow up about your project. I don't sell or share it.

Calls to my business number are recorded, and a message at the start of the call says so. Recordings are kept in my customer management system (HighLevel) so I can review what we discussed.

How your information is protected

This site is served only over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, so what you type into a form or the chat box is encrypted on its way to me. Your information is stored in HighLevel, my customer management system, behind password-protected logins. Only I and the company that manages my website and that system can sign in, each with our own login. No system is perfectly secure, but I keep access to the people who need it to answer you.
