Flown by a certified pilot
I’m an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot. Part 107 is the Federal Aviation Administration’s certificate for flying a drone for commercial work, so when a drone goes up for your project, it’s flown by someone who holds that certificate. I’m happy to show you my certificate when we talk.
Where aerial helps
Some stories are easier to tell from above. A listing where the lot, the street, and the neighborhood matter as much as the kitchen. A business whose building or property is part of what customers should see. A project where the setting is the point. An aerial shot gives people a sense of place that a camera on the ground can’t.
Part of the same shoot
Aerial isn’t a separate vendor. One team handles video, photography, drone, and full social media management, so the aerial shots fit with the rest of your content instead of feeling like they came from someone else.
Real estate from the air
High-end listings are some of the work I most want to do more of. Drone photo and video pair with real estate photo and video, so the listing tour, the photos, and the aerial shots all come from one shoot.
Before you book
Where and when a drone can fly depends on the location. Airspace near an airport has its own rules, and weather matters on the day. Send me the address when you book a call, and I’ll tell you what’s possible there before we plan anything.
